Three Ways To Elevate Your Casual Look

Though there are far more than three ways to elevate your personal casual style, we're hitting my three-step process for this post: ties, prints, and accessories.   Small adjustments take what you're wearing from a pair of pants and a top to confidence and personal expression. I can feel confident in leggings and a tee shirt by following these three steps. Today's featured outfit levels up flare pants and plaid from some of my favorite brands. 1.  Start With the Top

Whether you're styling a graphic tee, a collared shirt, or a bulky sweater you can add more personal style with a side tuck, a belt up, a twist, or a tie-up (as I'm sharing in today's look).  It's quick, easy, and can be more flattering than a full tuck!

2. Mix Up Some Prints

Camo with stripes or floral. 

Leopard with stripes or floral. 

Or how about snakeskin with plaid? There's plenty of options to experiment with.

3. Don't Forget Accessories

Add a pop of color with your handbag. 

Add focal interest and a slimming effect with a pair of statement earrings. 

Add a bracelet stack, paint your nails, and stack minimalist rings on a few fingers. 

Add your best shades. They can make an old sweatshirt look fab.
