Well my friends, it's hard to gear up for fashion these days! However, when fun packages come in the mail, I'm newly inspired. I shared about these Jambu sandals last week and this week they're back again for an outfit with my neglected blazer. Also making an appearance in today's post are a couple of new pieces from 24 Style jewelry. Here's to playing on deserted streets in your ready-to-get-it-done ensemble. Whatever "it" is!
The Outfit
Once again I'm shopping my closet. The blazer, which is hardly worn, goes back several years, the floral top is available on Amazon, the skirt is a comfy stretch material by LulaRoe (remember those days??) and the sandals were sent to me from Jambu. See how I style those last week in this POST. The bag is from DSW warehouse and if you've visited Granola & Grace before, you've most likely seen it!
And the sparkly, color catching, Aurora Borealis inspired pieces? Well, they inspired it all. ;)
Empty Streets, Empty Homes & Closed Theaters
Like many places right now, Burns Ct. quietly awaits for permission to reopen. Ya'll I love this street. I had seen it on a previous outing and new I wanted to return. My new friend Nancy, the photographer I met on the beach, suggested this spot and I was thrilled. We were able to meet for photo adventures just before the Florida stay-at-home order went into effect. How's that for timing?
Anyway, here's hoping we can return to this spot in the summer!
Nancy wanted to try a 3 in one shot...she admitted this took a long time to edit. Now I want Photoshop so I can play around too!
Ok beauties. Now it's time to link up!

I love those cute sandals!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute blazer. It'll go with EVERYTHING
ReplyDeleteYep - photo sessions can happen ANYWHERE right now :)
If the camera is on a tripod, it'll help with that photoshopping the 3 pics together :) That will keep the lines together & you can take stripes & put them together to line up - it wouldnt be that hard :)
That's an awesome blazer!
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy that you and Nancy got to do these photo shoots. The 3-in-1 is pretty amazing. Another great outfit, although it always throws me off when you're not in Boho-haha!
ReplyDeleteYou're singing my song Chrissy! I love the floral blouse with the blue blazer and those Jambu sandals are so good with this look! I do love the diagonal straps.
ReplyDeleteHave a Happy Easter weekend!

Shopping your closet is the best! And I actually should start taking pics on my empty streets too lol! BTW, that assortment of accessories- especially the bracelets are sooo beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love a great blazer....and really have way too many of them! Looks like you had a fun little shoot.
ReplyDeleteThis blazer is so pretty! I adore the color. The print blouse really makes it pop. Thanks so much for the link up!

So much goodness in this post. First of all, you are so photogenic. The camera loves you. And your bubbly personality is easily read by the camera lens. Love the 3-in-1 shot. I have an old version of Photoshop and need to learn how to do this!! Might be above my skill set but would like to try. Those sandals add a little sassiness along with the tie at the waist. But the jacket and skirt look so polished and professional. Just adorable.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about lularoe the other day and wondering if people still wear and sell it! It was just a big fad for a while. I love this cute spring outfit with your pretty top! It's fun how one new item can inspire so many new outfits!
ReplyDeleteI love your blue sandals and how you styled them with the blue blazer!

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, how did I miss this post for so long?! Thank you so much, my friend, for the lovely feature! I am glowing now. And I love how you and Nancy have formed a beautiful friendship and get all creative together! That 3 in 1 shot is adorable. And I am loving this cute outfit, too. I just photographed an outfit featuring my only pair of Lularoe leggings because the more stretch in my clothes these days, the better!

Those are the cutest Jambu shoes I've seen. The empty streets make for easy photo sessions with no eyes making you feel weird. HA!
